Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods: Standard shipping (5-14 business days), priority mail shipping (2-3 business days).

Shipping Costs: For standard shipping, a charge of $8 flat rate for orders below $50. For expedited shipping $10 charge flat rate. Items with dimensions package more than 10 x 12 inches priority mail shipping rate is $14.

Free Shipping: Orders $75 or more in selected items.

Shipping Zones: United States and Puerto Rico

Delivery Time Estimates: Delivery times are estimated and can vary based on location and shipping method.

Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-4 business days before they are shipped. For personalized orders are processed within 7 – 14 days depends of the items/order.

Stolen or Lost Items: Once the package has been delivered to the mailbox, we are no longer responsible for it. If you have any concerns or claims regarding our merchandise, please reach out to us via email piezassurepr@gmail.com. We will handle your issue according to your order and ensure your satisfaction.

Return and Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges Eligibility:

  1. We accept returns and exchanges for products that are in their original condition and packaging.
  2. Returns and exchanges are allowed within 18 days from the date of delivery.
  3. Personalized items are made to order and are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or with errors not approved by the customer.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at piezassurepr@gmail.com. Provide your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.
  2. Our customer support team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label, if applicable.

Returns Process:

  1. For returns, once your request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label via email.
  2. Pack the item securely in the original packaging (if possible) and affix the return shipping label to the package.
  3. Drop off the package at a designated shipping location or schedule a pickup with the carrier.
  4. Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Exchanges Process:

  1. For exchanges, once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label, if applicable.
  2. Follow the same process as mentioned in the Returns Process to send the item back to us.
  3. Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will process the exchange and send you the replacement item within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs:

  1. For general returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  2. If the return or exchange is due to a defect or an error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Method:

  1. Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Non-Returnable Items:

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  1. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 5 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost.

 

Terms and Conditions for Personalized Items:

Order Acceptance:

  1. All personalized item orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to decline an order at our discretion.
  2. Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization details during the ordering process. We will not be held liable for errors in personalization if the information provided is incorrect.

Personalization Guidelines:

  1. Customers may request names, initials, dates, or other specific text for personalization, subject to character limits specified for each product.
  2. We reserve the right to refuse personalized text that contains offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted material.

Proof Approval:

  1. For certain personalized items, we may provide a digital proof for customer approval before production.
  2. Customers are responsible for reviewing the proof carefully for errors, typos, and design accuracy.
  3. Once the customer approves the proof, changes cannot be made, and the item will be produced as approved.
  4. If the customer does not respond to the proof approval request within a specified time frame, the order may be processed as is.

Production Time:

  1. Personalized items may require additional production time. The estimated production time will be provided at the time of ordering.
  2. Production times may vary based on order volume and complexity of personalization.

Order Cancellation and Changes:

  1. Customers may request order cancellation or changes within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production has not begun.
  2. Once production has started, cancellations or changes may not be possible.

Return and Refund Policy:

Intellectual Property:

  1. By submitting personalized text or images for an order, customers affirm that they have the right to use and reproduce the content.

Shipping:

  1. Shipping times for personalized items will be as specified in the shipping policy, and additional time may be required for custom orders.
